Seminars on East Coast and West Coast

By Brian Livingston

This email is a short UPDATE to quickly give you the details about four new seminars. You’ll receive your full September 2019 newsletter next week.

As you may know, my goal is to offer seminars on “How to Make Your Portfolio Muscular” in as many major metro areas as possible in the coming months.

I’m pleased to announce that I’ve been asked to speak at the traveling MoneyShow late this month. I’m not paying the show for the honor. Nor is anyone reimbursing me for my time or travel expenses to the East Coast. I just want to get the latest scientific findings about investing out to as many people as I can.

After the initial, free event, I’m offering a day-long paid seminar starting the next morning in the same city. This is my only compensation. See the details below — and thanks for your support!

Philadelphia — Sept. 28 & 29

Saturday, Sept. 28 will feature my 1-hour intensive seminar at the Philadelphia MoneyShow. This event is free of charge, but preregistration is required (see the Philly link below).

Sunday, Sept. 29 is the date of my follow-up in-depth seminar at the Philadelphia 201 Hotel. This small-group teach-in runs 5½ hours including breaks. The full-day course instructs you in everything you need to know in order to manage your money the crash-proof way. You can start by eliminating the fees you may have been paying to “financial advisers” and “wealth managers.” Preregistration is required.

As my thanks for attending, all participants on Sept. 28 and/or 29 will be entitled to receive a free premium trial membership to StockCharts.com.

For information on both of these days, see my Philly page.

Silicon Valley — Sept. 14 & 15

As I announced in the Aug. 16 Muscular Portfolios Newsletter, I’m also running two seminars in Silicon Valley near San Jose, Calif., on Sept. 14 and 15.

On Saturday, Sept. 14, the Silicon Valley Chapter of AAII (the American Association of Individual Investors) hosts my 1-hour intensive seminar at the Shoup Park Garden House in Los Altos, Calif. I’ll be the second speaker in AAII’s morning-long program, which runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Preregistration costs only $15, all of which goes to the nonprofit AAII.

Sunday, Sept. 15 is the date of my 5½-hour in-depth seminar (including breaks) at the Wyndham Garden Hotel–San Jose Airport. The 1-hour intensive is good, but the small-group in-depth seminar gives you the whole enchilada. You'll become completely capable of managing your money and eliminating the fees you’ve been paying to high-priced “stock-pickers.” Preregistration is required.

For information on both of these days, see my San Jose page.

Tickets are still available for all four of the above seminars. However, the cost to preregister goes up just prior to each paid event. Sign up today!

These are probably the last public events I’ll run in 2019. My next seminar series — located in other metro areas — kicks off in February 2020. I hope to see you at one of the above opportunities!

Newsletter UPDATES have only one version

Subscribers receive each month a free, short newsletter or a paid, longer newsletter with special articles. This depends on whether you’ve made a voluntary donation in the past 12 months.

Our UPDATES come out only occasionally — namely, whenever we have some breaking news (such as the location of the seminars on Sept. 28 and 29, which we confirmed just recently).

When we publish a Muscular Portfolios UPDATE, it’s a short email that doesn't have a free version and a paid version. Everyone gets the same short bulletin. You’ll receive the full September 2019 newsletter next week.
